I’m the founder of Dharma Coaching & Consultancy.
Why Dharma?
Dharma is a Sanskrit word that has many meanings but is most often used to refer to one’s purpose in life. Finding one’s Dharma is a lifelong journey of self-discovery. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to finding your Dharma. Everyone’s path is unique. My path so far has not been a straight one! It has led me in all different directions.

I gained extensive leadership experience in my role as Regional Director for one of the big corporates. Along the way, I acquired several additional qualifications in Coaching, Leadership, Change Management, Project Management and as a Yoga Instructor.
It was during my training as a Yoga Instructor that I discovered my Dharma. As we all know, the veterinary sector faces many challenges, which unfortunately has led to vets and nurses leaving the profession and practice owners selling their practices. My Dharma is to address these challenges and help create a bright future for the veterinary industry. One in which all veterinary team members thrive!
